This is done as part of the so-called individual prophylaxis. During the approximately 30-minute session, all tooth surfaces are colorfully stained to illustrate any weak points in oral hygiene. Work is then done together to improve oral hygiene and the color is removed again by brushing and polishing. For the long-term protection of your children's molars, the fissures of the chewing surface can be closed with a modern plastic. This closure prevents food debris from remaining in this often deep relief and causing caries there. The tooth thus remains easy to clean for your little ones and thus healthy for a long time.
